Yes, most definitely. Our skilled use of iPhone Facetime or Whatsapp video is often more than enough to get a clear picture of a project, and what will be needed. (We only need to see the actual project, nothing else in the home.)

We also like to do a video. “meet and greet” with our staff to start a good working relationship with new clients. It’s little good-will measures that make a difference.

Yes, of course. With our virtual project walkthroughs, we provide an actual quote to each client in writing free of charge. If for any reason, we arrive and there’s an impediment that will not allow us to do a professional job, we will respectfully decline the project at not cost to you the client.

Yes. We provide a durability warrantee for each completed project. However, different projects carry variables based upon wear and tear, etc. All warrantees are clearly spelled out in the project proposal prior to acceptance.

Yes of course. annual and semiannual maintenance agreements are available if needed. We are happy to make reasonable recommendations that make sense.

Yes. We have full project liability insurance for each project and home. Our insurance documents are available on request.

Yes, through PayPal credit. PayPal Credit is a fantastic financing vehicle for projects like ours. Once qualified, PayPal offers 6 months interest free financing that usually covers the entire cost of the client’s project. We do however, charge a 2.9% fee to accept this form of payment.

Yes absolutely! Most everyone in NW Michigan has a need for our services. Just be sure to let us know about the referral, so can arrange for your rebate or maintenance credit.
